I don’t get it. I just don’t get it. What is wrong with our priorities in this world? “Scooter” Libby gets 30 months (that is almost 3 years for you folks who went to public school) in a federal prison and a whopping $250K fine for lying to the FBI.

Meanwhile, back in Kansas, a guy is found guilty by a jury of his peers on 17 (SEVENTEEN) counts of rape and sodomy against a 14 (FOURTEEN) year old girl, and he gets 3 years (that is 36 months for you public school graduates) of PROBATION – just to make it clear, he gets not one night in the pokey for repeatedly raping a 14 year old girl.

Meanwhile, ol’ Scooter gets 30 months in the pen for lying. Man, our priorities are [UNMENTIONALBE]ED UP!

Now, many know that Bigsibling is pretty much an even-keel kind of guy. Bigsibling doesn’t get all flustered about much. Sure somethings tend to tick him off a bit, but in general, it takes quite a bit to ruffle his feathers.

This putz of a judge has done just that. Bigsibling has mentioned in the past that Topeka, Kansas (home of the fruitcake led Phelps Cult) is becoming more and more a nice place to live for pedophiles and child rapists. Places like San Fransisco are safe havens for illegal aliens; Topeka, KS is a quickly becoming a safe haven for sicko child raping perverts.

In the latest two cases that prove my point are that of Federico Mendoza and Orlando Paul Cisneros. Freddy Mendoza chatted up what he thought was a 13 year old girl online, then setup a meet and went to meet this girl for sex. He didn’t know he was talking to the cops and they busted him (go coppers!).  Kansas law recommends a 12 year prison sentence for these kinds of sicko pedophilic child raping perverts.

Orlando Cisneros was convicted of 17 counts of rape and sodomy after sexually assaulting a 14 year old girl. SEVENTEEN counts of RAPE and SODOMY – convicted – FOUND GUILTY by a jury of his peers. SEVENTEEN COUNTS. State law recommends 17 years in prison for this offense.

BBBUUUUTTTT NNNNNOOOOO. The [dis]honorable Judge Matthew Dowd gives them each…get this…three years probation! THREE YEARS PROBATION for being found guilty BY A JURY; IN A COURT OF LAW of SEVENTEEN counts of rape and sodomy against a FOURTEEN year old girl.

Oh, but both of these sicko child rapist perverts were ‘depressed.’ What a load a crap that is. Depressed. I’m depressed, so I can repeatedly rape and sodomize a 14 year old girl and get just a slap on the wrist? FU judge, FU and the horse you rode in on you child rapist enabler. You [unmentionable] low life scum of the earth. What are you, a closet pedophile? You good for nothing gutter trash swine pig piece of [unmentionable].

Credit to the reporter from WIBW tv’s news crew who actually asked the judge if his ruling would have been the same if it had been his daughter that was so viciously violated. The judges answer? “I don’t have to answer that.” [unmentionable] stinking whoring judge. Damn this just rubs me the wrong way.

Notice to sicko child raping pedophile perverts – Topeka, Kansas is a place you can ply your sick demented disgusting habits without fear of going to jail. Cripes it pisses me off. Have I said how much this pisses me off?

Boy, is Bigsibling a complete idiot.  Isn’t keeping predators away from children something of value?  That is, if one is of the inclination that a child is of value.  Apperantly, this “Judge” Ed Cashman doens’t.  If he did, why would he proclaim, with such audacity, that locking child rapists up does not accomplish anything of value?

This sicko-pervert, Mark Hulett, repeatedly raped a little girl from the time she was seven, she is now 10. That is three years folks.  Three long years that this little girl had to be tormented and abused in every sick way imaginable.  THREE YEARS OF REPEATED RAPE.  And this “judge” which, in Bigisbling’s opnion, is just as sick and perverted as they fracker that raped this girl, gave him 60 days because he believes this perv is a “a low-risk for re-offense.”

Did I miss something here?  Wouldn’t repeatedly raping a girl for THREE YEARS constitute repeated re-offenses?  Is this world gone mad?  What is happening to humanity when this kind of thing happens?  Seriously, this country and the values it was founded on, are becoming more and more European it seems each and every day.
